Hi, I'm Jo – Mum (& Dog Mum), Gym Owner, Fitness Coach, Nutritionist & Energy Healer.
It is my mission to support, empower and inspire women to be the very best version of themselves they can be. I have helped 100’s of women to improve their mindset and confidence, learn to love fitness and have a positive relationship with food.

I WAS STUCK! For years my relationship with food was non-existent. I would literally be “surviving” on a piece of bread, an apple and a coffee per day.

The thought of eating “real food” filled me with dread. Then, once I started eating “normally”, I couldn’t stop – and so the binge/diet cycle began. On and off for years.

I was exercise phobic – the only thing I could run was a bath! I would give up after less than a week of starting a new fitness regime because it was hard and I didn't see any results (Rome wasn't built in a day, right?).

But then I realised that what I needed to do was to change my mindset and stay the journey - and that's when the magic happened...

My body shape completely changed! I found success in training smarter not harder and the results continued to improve. I overhauled my diet with simple, easy to follow steps and I went on to inspire hundreds of other women to find a love for fitness and enjoy all food in moderation - without guilt or shame!
But despite finally finding myself and inspiring others, after a bout of ill health, I had to undergo major surgery that changed me both physically and mentally.

I went on a healing journey of my own which led me down the path of becoming a Reiki Master and Energy Healer.

After experiencing healing first hand, I went on to help others with their own healing journeys. However, I became burnt out and overwhelmed balancing work, training, motherhood, dogs and time for myself. I experienced recurring sinus infections month after month. I suffered ongoing physical injuries from my training. I lost the will to exercise, look after my health and lost my mojo to help others through healing.
I realised something had to change. I needed to find a way to get out of this cycle of burnout and return to a place where I could have balanced health and wellbeing again.
And so, I went on a journey to Reclaim my Inner Badass to help me get to a place where I could balance motherhood, training, work and dogs. I created small, manageable, healthy habits that STICK! I am now happier, healthier and more balanced than ever.

Most recipes can be made within 30 minutes or less. The mini courses can be completed at your own pace. Each module is reasonably short, so you don’t need endless hours to go through the work.
