1:1 Coaching sessions are in-depth and can help with many areas of your life. I currently work with my 1:1 clients to help them improve their mental and physical health, develop a positive mindset and increase self-worth. I also help my clients work through past traumas so that they can move forward with their life. Whilst I am compassionate, caring and hold space for my clients to work through whatever they bring to the table, it is also my mission to challenge my clients to dig a little deeper, set new boundaries, empowering them to take on new challenges and slay their goals. Our coaching calls take place via zoom and each call lasts approximately 60 minutes.

It is entirely up to you. You are welcome to have just one single session to work through any obstacles that you are currently struggling to overcome and see if we are a good fit. However, if you feel stuck and have deeper experiences that you need help to process and work through, you may need more frequent sessions. Most of my 1:1 coaching clients book 5 sessions at a time. These can be taken as often as twice weekly or once every other week. We can work out a schedule that is suitable to your needs.

Soul Gym is my membership site. It is an online fitness and nutrition site that also works on your mindset. Soul Gym is the affordable way to access monthly group coaching with me. The online portal provides you with access to 100’s recipes, workouts, mindset courses and guest experts. It is updated monthly and offers a members only private Facebook group. We have bi-weekly group coaching calls via zoom to work through any obstacles, seek support and get accountable.
