How do I cancel my subscription?

Hopefully you will love being part of our Fitness Family and want to stay with us. But if you do wish to cancel you can do so as follows – If you are on a rolling monthly subscription, then you can cancel this at any time and your access to My Peak will stop.

If you do wish to cancel, then please ensure you do so before your next payment is due as no refunds will be given. If you have purchased a block subscription (such as 3, 6 or 12 months) then we do not refund on these.

How many calories are your meals?

We try to work to a guide of breakfasts up to 250cals, snacks up to 150cals, lunch 450cals and dinner up to 650cals. However, it depends on your portion sizes so we always advise that you use an app such as My Fitness Pal to calculate your daily calories.

I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

Click on the Log In tab and then click the “Lost your password?” link and you can then reset your password and log on to My Peak.

Do you have meal plans on My Peak?

Yes, there is an example meal you can follow. However, it is more fun to plan your own meals using our recipe filter. You can filter meals by Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks. This gives you the opportunity to pick the meals you enjoy.

I’ve just had a baby, can I still use My Peak?

As long as you have had your post natal check up and given the all clear by your doctor then you can still use My Peak. Some of the exercises in our programs and workouts may involve some jumping, so just be aware and go at your own pace, as your pelvic floor muscles may still be a bit loose. However, there are plenty of other exercises on My Peak that you can get to grips with initially.

Do I need equipment?

The good news is No! Most of our programs and workouts are done using your own bodyweight. Using HIIT training in short, sharp bursts means you get an effective all over body workout done in less than 20 minutes. However, for those of you that want to switch it up and use equipment, we have programs with kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands!

I’ve done the workouts but need something a bit more intense
– what can I do?

As well as our daily workouts we have 6 week programs compiled by our Personal Trainers. These come in Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. As well as that, we have Kettlebell, Dumbbell and Resistance Band plans.

My fitness is not great, can I still use My Peak?

A lot of our workouts involve a process called HIIT – that’s High Intensity Interval Training. But the beauty of this is that you can work to your own pace. Whilst it may take you longer initially to complete a workout, over time your fitness will increase and you will be smashing your workouts at a great pace.

I’ve got a question about using My Peak, how do I contact you?

If you have a question about the workouts or recipes, then you can use the Members Only page and we will respond. If it is more technical, such as a question about navigating the site, you can email us and we will reply that way.

Do you have vegetarian and vegan recipes?

Yes, we do! There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options and most of our recipes can be tweaked slightly to make them vegan and vegetarian too.

My access has been restricted. Why has this happened?

Your access should only be restricted if you are no longer a member or a payment has not gone through. You will then need to make a payment to gain access. If you have paid your membership and cannot gain access to the site, contact us as soon as possible via email – mypeak@peakhealth.fitness and we will rectify this problem.

I am recovering from an injury, can I still use My Peak?

Yes. However, you may need to perform the exercises at a slower pace. There are also exercises for those who are beginners or have limited mobility. Most of the videos also have alternative ways of performing each exercise to suit all abilities.
