My passion is empowering women. Inspiring them to do things they never thought possible. Supporting them in every way to achieve their goals and then some!

Coaching for me is more than just counting calories and devising training plans. It’s working with my clients to bring out their inner She-Ra and kick ass. It’s guiding them through the ups and downs of their fitness journey (because if we are being totally honest, that’s what it is), providing them with self-belief and nurturing them to become freaking unstoppable.

Over the years I have worked with hundreds of women. No two clients are ever the same – whether you want to lose weight, build strength (I will get you to that 100kg deadlift, no question), gain muscle or need help with beating disordered eating – I will get you there!

There’s nothing worse than feeling unhappy with yourself but having no clue where to start or how to even get through the other side where your “new you” is patiently waiting.

If you have tried endless “diets”, or the thought of exercise terrifies you – I’m here to show you it is possible to lose weight, get fit, fall in love with food and respect your body in ways you could never have imagined.

But I’m also a realist – there is no magic shake, pill or formula that will get you there. Just hard work, determination and an awesome coach.
